Returns Exchange Policy

RETURNS

1.1 - What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, we accept returns on an item(s) up to 30 days after package has been delivered. Just return to us the way you originally received from us via traceable shipping method and make sure to to include an RMA number. The returning item must be in original factory condition with all the original box, tags and labels attached. There must be no damage to the product, alteration of any kind, or any signs of odor and/or residue. This also includes the packaging. A restocking fee may apply from 10% to 50% (in extremely rare cases).

 

1.2 - What is an RMA number?

RMA number stands for Return Merchandise Authorization number and it is required for us to correctly process your return service. You can receive the RMA number by emailing us at admin@mybeautytote.com. If you do not receive RMA number and return your item(s) to us, this will lead into an UNAUTHORIZED RETURN. Unauthorized returns won't be processed for return and can even lead into extra fees. Make sure to get your RMA number!

 

1.3 - What is an Unauthorized Return?

An unauthorized return is classified as any item(s) return to us without an RMA number. This includes unintentional returns resulted from deliveries that failed and return to us due to wrong address, refused package, etc. Unauthorized returns won't be processed for return and can even lead into extra fees. Make sure to get your RMA number!

 

1.4 - How do I return an item?

Please email us at admin@mybeautytote.com to receive an RMA Number and pack your items safely back in the box and return via a traceable shipping method.

 

1.5 - What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on makeup, clearance items, wigs, and hair extensions

 

1.6 - How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds normally take 5-7 business days to appear as a credit in your debit or credit card.

 

1.7 - Do I pay the return shipping charges?

Unfortunately, you are responsible for shipping your returning item(s) back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you can track your return. However, if you are returning the item(s) back to us due to our error, we would gladly refund your shipping expenses back to us.

 

EXCHANGES

2.1 - How can I exchange my item(s)?

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, we can exchange your item with our Store Credit up to 30 days after package has been delivered. Just return to us the way you originally received from us via traceable shipping method and make sure to include an RMA number. The returning item must be in original factory condition with all the original box, tags and labels attached. There must be no damage to the product, alteration of any kind, or any signs of odor and/or residue. This also includes the packaging. A restocking fee may apply from 10% to 50% (in extremely rare cases).

 

2.2 - What items are non-exchangeable?

We do not accept returns on makeup or clearance items. Also Ponytail & Dome, wigs, hair extensions and Hair Accessories for hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for shipping your returning item(s) back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you can track your return. However, if you are exchanging the item(s) back to us due to a error on our part, we would gladly refund your shipping expenses back to us.
