SHIPPING

2.1 - What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer these main shipping methods that will surely meet your time constraints.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all products with a minium order of $150.00. Depending on the weight and size of the package the FREE SHIPPING method will be selected by MyBeautyTote.com unless an alternate shipping method (Priority, Express, UPS) is selected and paid for by the customer at the time of checkout.

USPS First Class Flat Rate (Qualified Items Only) – 3 to 7 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail – 3 to 7 Business Days
USPS Express Mail – 2-3 Business Day
UPS Ground – 3 to 7 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air – 1 Business Day

 

During Holiday seasons please allow 1 to 2 extra days for shipping

 

2.2 - How much will it cost to ship my order?

All orders over $150.00 ship for free on mybeautytote.com. However if you need your product faster then the best method of getting an estimated shipping cost is to add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart page, input the state and zip code where you’ll be shipping to and an estimated shipping cost will be provided.

2.3 - Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free GROUND mail shipping on any order over $150.00. If you need your product faster please email us at admin@mybeautytote.com We can provide different shipping options at a discounted cost. We do offer flash sales at random points in time where we have a free shipping option on first class packages.

2.4 - Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Orders cannot be cancelled, and we cannot issue refunds, for orders that have shipped. You are more than welcome to ship back the items once they have arrived you can refuge the package and when we get it back then, we will refund money back.

2.5 - Can I change my address once my order has shipped?

We work in partnership with UPS to offer shipping flexibility. In a scenario where a shipment has been made with a wrong address, we can re-route your package for a small fee. Please give our email us at admin@mybeautytote.com to discuss re-routing your package. We will try to answer you back in 24 hours.

2.6 - My tracking states my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What happens now?

Contact us immediately so we may create a tracker case with USPS. USPS will investigate the situation and can take up to 8 business days to give a complete report. Once we have received word from USPS about the status of tracker case, we will inform you of possible resolutions.

2.7 - Do you offer insurance on your packages?

USPS covers $100 in cost of packaged items. Please contact us for any further questions about insurance.

2.8 - Can I pickup my order at a store location?

If you are in the Houston, TX area you can up your order from one of our two main partners. Contact us by email so we can have everything prepared for you by the time you get there.

2.9 - How do I track my order?

Once your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to assist you in viewing where your package is every step of the way. We strongly recommend you to track your order so that you can make sure that your order is on the way to you. You must write down your email for the guest check out to get tracking number.

2.10 - My item(s) arrived damaged. Help!

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged item. Please email us at admin@mybeautytote.com so we can provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

2.11 - My item(s) I ordered is(are) missing. What's going to happen?

It is extremely rare for this to happen, but if somehow you receive an order with missing item(s), please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) at admin@mybeautytote.com so we can provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

2.12 - Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

We apologize for the inconvenience but you may not ship to multiple addresses. To prevent fraud we will only ship to addresses that match the billing address.
